You can send us your completed forms by email or fax (320-838-3494). You can also bring the forms with you to your appointment.
Our boarding kennel is located at 102 Industrial Road, Hinckley, Minnesota approximately ½ mile east of I-35 and less than 1 miles west of the Grand Casino, Hinckley. We are centrally located between the Twin Cities and Duluth.
All of our well-trained staff are pet owners and animal lovers who know how important it is to have peace of mind knowing that your pet is safe, healthy and happy when you have to leave them for a while. You can rest assured that we will provide the utmost in care and supervision for your furry family members while you’re away so that you can relax and have a good time.
For the protection of all, and for peace of mind, we want to board healthy pets and keep them healthy during their stay. Please read the following so that you understand our pre-boarding requirements. Pets will only be accepted with the proper documentation, so please plan ahead. We cannot make exceptions.
Dogs must have current Rabies, distemper combo and bordetella vaccinations given at least one week prior to their stay with us. Puppies must have had two distemper combo vaccinations given by a veterinarian at 3 – 4 week intervals with the latest vaccination having been given two weeks prior to staying with us. They must also have a bordetella vaccination given two weeks prior to their stay. If over 16 weeks of age, the puppy must have received a Rabies vaccination as well.
Cats must have had a negative feline leukemia/FIV test result and be current on Rabies, feline distemper combo and feline leukemia vaccinations. Kittens must have had a negative feline leukemia/FIV test and have received two distemper combinations and feline leukemia vaccinations given by a veterinarian at 3-4 week intervals with the latest vaccination given two weeks prior to their stay. Kittens over 16 weeks of age must have been given a Rabies vaccination as well.
If your pet is current on vaccinations but they are due soon and you wish to have them updated we can do so while they are with us. Follow-up fecals can be done as well.
